By accessing X1 Forge and using any of its features (Forge Swap, Forge Market, the NFT launchpad and the token launchpad), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. 1. No Financial Advice. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2. 2. High Risk. Cryptocurrency, tokens and NFTs are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose all funds spent.
3. 3. No Guarantees. X1 Forge makes no guarantees regarding the value, liquidity, returns or market performance of any token or NFT, including FORGE.
4. 4. Third-Party Launches. Tokens and NFT collections on the launchpads are created by independent creators, not by X1 Forge. They are not vetted or endorsed by us. Always do your own research.
5. 5. Trading Risk. Swaps on Forge Swap are subject to price impact, slippage and creator taxes. Providing liquidity carries the risk of impermanent loss. Check every transaction before you sign it.
6. 6. Random Mints. Some NFT launches use on-chain randomness from the Geiger Entropy Oracle. Requests are served in order; results are final.
7. 7. Final Transactions. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Mints, swaps, purchases and listings are final once confirmed on-chain. The only refunds are the ones built into the programs, such as a random mint that is refunded when the oracle can no longer serve it. The oracle's request fee and the network and crank fees are not refunded.
8. 8. Security Reviews & Smart Contract Risk. X1 Forge's programs have been reviewed through multiple independent AI-assisted audits from different angles, using Anthropic's Claude models (including a final audit with Claude Fable) and OpenAI's ChatGPT, and tested extensively on testnet. They have not been audited by a professional third-party security firm. Reviews reduce risk but cannot guarantee that code is free of bugs or exploits, and the X1 network, RPCs and oracles can also fail. Participation is at your own risk.
9. 9. Upgradeable Programs. Some X1 Forge programs can still be upgraded by the Forge team using hardware-wallet keys. These authorities are published and will be reduced over time.
10. 10. Testnet. Testnet assets have no value. Always check which network you are on before signing.
11. 11. Regulatory Risk. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live, including taxes, and must not use X1 Forge where it is prohibited.
12. 12. Independent Project. X1 Forge is not endorsed by or affiliated with the X1 Network Foundation.
13. 13. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to use X1 Forge.
14. 14. Limitation of Liability. The creators of X1 Forge disclaim all liability for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.
15. 15. Testnet Airdrop. The testnet airdrop rewards testing X1 Forge on testnet. It is not a sale, an investment or a promise of value, and taking part costs nothing beyond the testnet transactions themselves. The tasks, rules, pool and per-wallet cap are shown on the Testnet Airdrop page. Eligibility and every per-wallet amount are set by X1 Forge after a review of the snapshot, which can exclude linked wallets; amounts are not final until the claim opens. If the cap leaves part of the pool undistributed, the remainder stays in the Community allocation. FORGE that is not claimed before the claim deadline stays in the Community allocation.
