The vault program is upgradeable. That means the release schedule above is enforced by policy, not by immutable code: the upgrade authority could deploy a new version of the program that changes the rules. Both keys are held on a Ledger hardware wallet. What is enforced by code, irreversibly: the mint authority is revoked (supply is fixed), the freeze authority was never set, and the genesis LP tokens are burned.
